Boerenkoolsoep: Breng water aan de kook met een biologisch bouillon, voeg lente uitje, knoflook teentje en stukje gember toe. Vuur wat lager en laat 10 min staan. Voeg miso pasta (bio) toe en goed roeren. Voeg daarna de boerenkool toe en laat deze zachter worden (ongeveer 5 min.)  Staafmix/blender het geheel in de pan. Daarna kan je naar eigen keuze nog zeewier, lente ui of tofu toevoegen. Enjoy ☺
