twice baked potatoes with rosemary and feta - 450 oven. wash and poke holes in each potato. drizzle with olive oil. bake for 45 min or until fork is easily inserted. cut x in each potato and smash. cover with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, rosemary, and feta. back in the oven for 15-20 min.
