Johannes Gutenberg was the man who introduced "Printing" to Europe. He started the "Printing Movement" upon his introduction to movable type printing and is widely known to be the most important invention in the second millennium.   His many inventions include the invention of a process for mass-producing movable type, the use of oil-based ink for printing books, adjustable molds, mechanical movable type, etc.

Bibi Aisha, an 18-year-old woman from Afghanistan, complained of violent treatment by her husband. The Taliban delivered justice and her husband sliced off her ears and then cut off her nose. Bibi was abandoned, but later rescued by aid workers and the American military. After time in a women’s refuge in Kabul, she was taken to America, where she received counseling and reconstructive surgery. Bibi Aisha now lives in the US.

The Zodiac Killer was a serial killer who operated in northern California in the late 1960s and early 1970s. The killer’s identity remains unknown. The Zodiac murdered victims in Benicia, Vallejo, Lake Berryessa, and San Francisco between December 1968 and October 1969. Four men and three women between the ages of 16 and 29 were targeted. The killer originated the name “Zodiac” in a series of taunting letters sent to the local Bay Area press.
