Anse des Pitons, St. Lucia You’ll be swimming between the Pitons, which means you’ll be rewarded with stunning scenery. Visitors go for the perfect snorkeling and scuba diving conditions. The white sand was imported from Guyana years ago and placed on top of natural black sand. Most of the visitors are guests of the hotel behind the beach, but anyone can enjoy it because all beaches in St. Lucia are public.
St. Lucia is very beautiful...and very hot. The sand beaches are black and this resort, Anse Chastanet, is not air-conditioned. Be sure to visit the spa on premises and eat, eat, eat...the food was amazing.
