Honey Roasted Pumpkin Seeds ~ I tossed some fresh pumpkin seeds with oil olive & roasted in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then tossed with honey & salt and roasted for 5 more minutes. When I took the seeds out of the oven I sprinkled them with a little sugar. My son has been munching on them all afternoon & says he can't stay away. So, I can safely say they are really good! :)
