Vanaema’s kook, or Grandmother’s Cake :: 4 eggs, 300 g flour, 200 g of sugar, 200 g sour cream, 1/2 t baking soda, salt, rhubarb or apple pieces,  1. Mix eggs, flour, sugar, sour cream, soda and salt until smooth and let stand a few minutes. 2. Mix the rhubarb and/or apple pieces with sugar. 3. Pour the batter into a round cake tin and sprinkle with pieces of apple or rhubarb cake after. 4. Bake about 45 min. 5 serve warm or cold with ice cream. SOURCE http://kokaraamat.ee/?p=148
