355PM: Severe Thunderstorm Watch until 11 PM CDT for the western Texas Panhandle. Today doesn't look overly impressive for severe weather but we'll likely have some storms capable of producing golfball size hail and damaging wind gusts to 70 MPH through the evening hours. 407PM: A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for the Concho Valley, Hill Country, and Southwest Texas until 11 PM tonight. This includes Sanderson, Del Rio, Hondo, Junction, San Angelo, Abilene, and Brownwood. Isolated storms are expected to develop over the next few hours. A moderately unstable airmass and marginal wind shear values will support a semi-mixed convective mode. A few of the stronger storms may become supercellular for a few hours through the early evening
