Canned Salsa-Made this yesterday-haven't tried the canned yet to know for sure, but it was delicious fresh. We pulled a couple cups out, drained the vinegar and added a dash of lime to eat uncooked. This will be a go to for fresh salsa at least!
I may try this year! This is a guide about canning fresh salsa. Store bought salsa is never as good as what you can make at home. By making a large batch and canning your salsa, you can store jars for later or give them as gifts.
Roasted Corn Salsa - this looks delish but I wouldn't waterbath as suggested - it needs to be pressure canned because of the quantity of low acid corn. I might also reduce the quantity and just eat it that week.
