Last summer, Russian designer Ulyana Sergeenko famously showed up in Paris to show her Haute Couture collection. Despite a formal invitation from France’s Fédération Française de la Couture, the designer returned in January, with a gorgeous fairy tale-inspired collection of bustles, ballgowns, embroidered details and more.
