Appon's Thai Food is one of my favorite food blogs. I love this recipe, and the sauce is simple and tasty. We do add a bit more spice to the meat by blitzing some fresh garlic, ginger, chile, and fish sauce or soy sauce together and throw that in the pan before the ground pork or chicken. We just like it better that way. We also add in some shredded carrot for color, and some matchstick cucumber.
