13th Century Salisbury Cathedral, Salisbury, England (Only four original 1215 copies of Magna Carta remain and a visit to view perhaps the best preserved of these in Salisbury Cathedral's Chapter House is for many visitors the highlight of their time here. which I can attest to having seen it for myself)

Salisbury Cathedral Cloisters aren't just a tranquil covered walkway round a garden - they are the largest cloisters in Britain and were built around 1280, around the time of King Edward 1

Love this place, visited on my way to Stonehenge. Salisbury, Wiltshire, UK I remember ........

Salisbury Cathedral has the tallest church spire in the United Kingdom (123m/404 ft). Visitors can take the "Tower Tour" where the interior of the hollow spire, with its ancient wood scaffolding, can be viewed. The cathedral also has the largest cloister and the largest cathedral close in Britain (80 acres). The cathedral contains the world's oldest working clock (from AD 1386) and has the best surviving of the four original copies of the Magna Carta.

ENGLISH GOTHIC: Fan vaulting, 1263-84. The chapter house of the Salisbury Cathedral holds England's Magna Carta. Look for the location of this small building in the photo of the whole abbey complex.

Salisbury Cathedral

I'm not particulary religious but I did find Salisbury Cathedral very peaceful and wonderful, particularly the cloisters. Plus they have an original copy of the Magna Carta on display.
