Looks like a great early morning workout for right before a shower - quick & effective. I'm fully aware this will not cause anyone to drop 10lbs, but it is a great way to get moving in the morning & add a bit of extra fitness to the day,
3 day military diet. Quick weight loss solution. Im reposting this cause I did try it and lost about 6-7 lbs. It was easy and although I didnt cheat at all however I need my coffee or I get a headache so I had just a half a cup black coffee in the morning. Will be doing it again this week.
