10 ice cubes, 1/4 c almond milk, 4 tbsp half and half (or cream), 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup pumpkin purée, 1 scoop vanilla protein, 1/4 tsp of nutmeg, cloves, ginger, cinnamon, a pinch of sea salt and glucomannan (optional) and 1/2 tsp of THM sweet blend (or stevia of your choice). Starbucks Caramel Brulée Latte. It taste pretty darn close to Starbucks.  I did add more caramel to it to make it sweeter.
