Yay, I love that they have an easy one! I will definitely start here, as my arms are super weak, but also one of my least favorite parts of my body. Even when I was lighter, my arms were always too thick. If this can just tone them, I would be so happy!
Leg exercises always interest me. That is probably why my legs are the strongest muscles in my body. I am always obsessed with getting the right form down. I like feeling sore the next day, knowing that I worked out hard the day before.
