APACHE FRY BREAD 1 cup. water 2 1/2 cups. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt Combine all ingredients; stir into a dough. Roll out about 1/2 inch thick and cut into squares. Fry in deep fat at least 2 inches deep, turning until brown on both sides. This may also be pinched off and patted from hand to hand until formed into rounds. Make about 10 small pieces.
