Got this shot yesterday- post push workout practicing my posing #mostmuscular  Currently in the best shape of my life- just had my last cheat/high-refeed day and as it stands of today I am 5 11 & 12 weeks out from my first show   Going to be digging deep now- slightly less calories & more cardio but excited to finally reach that single digit BF% and get show conditioning  As its my first time competing I really don't know when I'll be show ready so I got the two later dates as fall back…

Follow up to my last post  @dave_prescott last week standing at 225 lbs the result of a 9/10 year forever bulk- training heavy and being in a caloric surplus with sufficient protein for so long with little to no days off  drive and passion right there  By end of this month aiming to lose mostly all stubborn fat and next month to get them deep cuts!! #diggingdeep  #iifym #flexibledieting #ifitfitsyourmacros #macros #cutting #contestprep #cut #diet #dieting #nutrition #legendsofaesthetics #loa…

9 days from my last 'upper one' session which is my OHP focused upper & I got 60kg7 easy and multiple times  It was post 2/3 days of eating 8000 calories so my glycogen stores were overly saturated and my energy and strength was through the roof  It's time again and as you can see by my weigh ins the poverty macros have got me 12 lbs lighter  Let's see if I can still chase the performance from 9 days ago.. I'm actually already 1 set deep and got 7 reps  doubt I'll get it for multiple sets…
