onehoursandwichbread - my go-to bread recipe.  I use 4C AP flour and 1 1/2-2C white whole wheat flour.  I also add it 2 TB of ground flax seed and let it rise a bit in the pans before putting into the cold oven (because of the extra density).  Comes out beautifully!
