Juniperus horizontalis 'Monber' is a form of 'Blue Rug' that is supposed to be a more sparkling blue color. I have 7 of them planted in various places in my z6a landscape. the ones in full sun are definitely doing better then those in partial shade. all but one of these plants are very flat in habit. An exceptional introduction that exhibits the best silver blue winter color of the groundcover junipers. Try growing it in a pot as in the picture.
