Hand piped lacework to match the brides dress and touches of Tiffany blue which was the feature colour of the wedding adorn the brides side. While a naked ganache finish with dark chocolate ganache drizzle make for a delicious grooms side. Top two tiers were hazelnut Frangelico mud cake with layers of Nutella ganache and the bottom tier was a dark mint mud.

80th Birthday cake topped with a mass off Australian native sugar flowers. Flowers consisted of a magnificent Protea surrounded by wattle, gum nuts, flower and leaves, flannel flowers, punty bush (cassia-senna eremophila) and silver turkey bush (eremophila bowmanii). The cake was a sticky date cake layered with caramel Italian Meringue buttercream.

Bridal Shower Cake. Topped with sugar bunting and a pink fantasy flower with a trail of pink & white flowers down the front and brushes of bronze. This semi naked cake was a divine choc mint mud with choc mint ganache layers.
Penguin & Ice engagement cake for one of my wonderful brothers and his beautiful (in every way) fiancée. Congratulations you two! You make a wonderful couple and I am blessed to call you family! I had lots of fun making the figures and coming up with the fractured ice effect on the base tier. The cake was mocha mud with dark chocolate mint ganache filling.
