Semi-naked wedding cake, flecked with gold and topped with a giant sugar rose. In the past I have done this cake with a white and gold magnolia, as the bride was after a softer look and had roses as her flowers we went for a giant sugar rose with a touch of pink in the centre. The cake was a white choc mint mud with layers of white choc mint ganache.
