Borrowed from top chef and restaurateur Sally Clarke, these honey-roasted Belgian endives and parsnips will have you begging for more.

Slowly cooking Belgian endives in a bit of butter and lemon juice yields these tender, luscious, almost sweet bundles of otherwise bitter leaves. It's alchemy at its finest.

Red Bell Pepper & Chili Pepper Jelly _ is easy to make & it tastes great. To make, you need 3 large red peppers, chile peppers (I used a can) sugar, liquid pectin & vinegar. I just grab a jar & pour it over cream cheese. Add some crackers to the side & you have a fantastic quick dish to take!
