Donna Hay´s recipe for Pizza Muffins: 3 cups (450 g) self-raising flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1½ cups (180 g) grated cheddar, 150 g ham, chopped, ⅔ cup (150 g) chopped pineapple, drained, ⅔ cup (160ml) vegetable oil, 2 TBS tomato paste, 2 eggs, 1 cup (250ml) milk.
