..aaaaand I'm back and alive from my vegetative state. Lunch prep for work is this lovely curry I made, broccoli, and @beyondmeat 'chicken' strips. For the curry, I cooked boiled red lentils, TVP, chickpeas, and peas. Then I added a curry simmer sauce, curry seasoning blend (Frontier brand on iherb.com - code GIK407 gives $5 off), and nutritional yeast.
