Protein Pancakes. Yum they taste like French toast but without the carb overload! Can we made with GF oats. In your blender: 6 eggs, 1 cup oats, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Cook like pancakes- Enjoy!
Oatmeal Cottage Cheese Pancakes - ½ cup oatmeal ½ cup cottage cheese 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 eggs 1 tablespoon powdered sugar What you do: 1.Blend all ingredients in blender. 2. Spray skillet with cooking spray and cook just like “silver dollar” pancakes, a few small ones at a time. 3. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
