harm None P21 others suffer from some imbalance that causes them to become violent. I’m not going to get into the ethics of abuse here, except to say that if you are in an abusive relationship, get out. There are always those around you who will help, even if you don’t see them. Learn the lesson, get out of the relationship before it costs you your life. But what if you happen to know someone who is in such a relationship? Will you do more harm by helping them, or by doing nothing?

I question reality as a child of a former child of Nazi Germany and a domestic abuse and rape survivor. It's part of healing. It's part of giving birth to yourself daily and building a new world.
