Jean Cocteau Gold Brooch ~ An 18 karat clip brooch by French artist and stage designer, Jean Cocteau (1889-1963). Cocteau designed this brooch of a woman (?) in profile pouring a jug of water in the late 1950's and had it produced by Fred, a famous Parisian jeweler. It is thought to be a reference to the zodiac icon Aguarius
This a stained glass made by the French writer and artist Jean Cocteau. He made it for the church of th little village he chose to live in at the end of his life (Milly la fôret). Now he is buried in its very church under the eyes of his own work. Stained glass is much more tha a simple window because it creates the amosphere of a church. And this one reminds us a great man...as the first stained glass of History reminded people the Holy story.
