Since the #Worcester area has been experiencing such a severe winter, ESWA's Nutrition Program recently purchased additional Shelf Stable Emergency Meals. This project was funded by a grant from Greater Worcester Community Foundation. 862 (two-pack) supplementary meals were delivered to home-bound elders in need of emergency food. Bandits & Heroes, Poets & Saints: Popular Art of the Northeast of Brazil The exhibit, now at the Worcester Center for Crafts until March 16, explores how the ancient cultures of Africa blended with indigenous and colonial Portuguese traditions to form the vibrant and complex cultural mosaic of modern Brazil.
