Southern Cornbread Dressing This is like what I usually make for dinner on Thanksgiving and Christmas. I add the chicken to the mix before putting it in the pan. I don't care too much for sage so I have not put it in the last several years. I make my cornbread from the recipe on Quaker cornmeal and cook my own chicken stock. Yummy!
