A simple virtually carb-free way to enjoy smoked salmon. Cut romaine leaves into 1 inch strips. Add cheese and set about 10g of Central-Epicure Fresh Never Frozen smoked salmon (about 1/3 of a slice) on top of the cream cheese. Wrap the leaf around the smoked salmon and place on the tray. For some added flavour, you could add any of these to the smoked salmon: dill, pepper, lemon-pepper, sea-salt, or even a light spray of vodka! Try serving with a honey-mustard sauce on the side.
