Erin Lynch of Platings & Pairings created this big, hearty dish just for our 2013 Prismus Cabernet Sauvignon. Even if you don’t much about Cab, you probably know it goes well with just about any kind of meat. Prismus, however, deserves something a little fancier — hence these amazing braised short ribs!
