This sweater is knit from the top down, all in one piece! No seaming or grafting required! Approximately 2 inches of positive ease is built in to the body for comfort. Arm length and body length are both easily adjustable, so choose the size that corresponds to an appropriate chest size for your child. Materials: • 16 (or 24) and 12 inch circular needles in size 8 (or double pointed needles if you prefer) or size needed to obtain gauge • 16 (or 24) and 12 inches circular needles in size 6 (or two sizes smaller than the needles that you used to obtain gauge). optional • 3, 3/4” buttons • waste yarn or stitch holders • 4 stitch markers • worsted or aran weight yarn Gauge: 4.5 stitches per inch.
