Photograph of Major William Reynolds. He is standing facing partly left holding a helmet in his right hand. He is wearing military uniform and riding boats and there is a sword by his side. There is a pair of gloves on the wooden pillar to the left and a curtain draped to the right. Major William Reynolds commanded the 3rd Scinde Horse Regiment during the Second Anglo-Afghan War. He was killed at Khushk-e-Nakhud in Feburary 1879.
