Peaches and cream wedding cake This cake is two tiers of vanilla sponge cake with raspberry jam and buttercream filling covered in fondant . The roses are not wired and made from gum paste. The bottom tier was based on the mini hearts wedding cake I made a couple of years ago as the bride fell in love with the delicate hand piped detail with 3d blossoms .
