Summer Sparkler • 2 oz. pomegranate vodka • 4 dashes bitters • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice • Splash of champagne • Red sugar for rim • Peach slice for garnish Pour first three ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, strain, and pour into a martini glass rimmed in red sugar. Top with a splash of champagne and garnish with the peach slice.
