Lt. Charles Bailey, a Tuskegee Airman who flew 133 combat mission over North Africa and Europe. A member of the 99th Fighter Squadron, he earned the Distinguished Flying Cross, the Air Medal, Four Oak Clusters, and the Presidential Unit Citation. Six Bailey Brothers Of Punta Gorda, Florida Served the Country in World War II, and the seventh in the Korean War.
