Needed this reminder today. I'm at week 2 and feeling it, but was discouraged I'm not seeing more. Dumb!! I feel it so I know the progress is there. Trust the process Make it to 4 weeks and then Keep going!
I'm almost there. 2 months ago this looked insurmountable. But when all you think you can do is take a step, when you finally have enough strength to look up, the finish line is in view. Just keep taking those little steps and you'll make it through that too.
