Chicken Parm (S) 4 boneless, skinless ck breast 2 eggs 3/4 cup almond flour 2 tbsp nutritional yeast Garlic salt to taste 1/4 cup grated parm cheese 1 8oz block of mozz 1/2 jar of no sugar added Ragu spag sauce Preheat oven to 400. Grease a 9X13. In a bowl mix the almond flour, nutritional yeast, parmesan cheese, and garlic. In a seperate bowl crack the eggs. Dip ck in eggs then coat it in the dry mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Cover with sauce & cheese and bake another 10 mins. .
