~Calming Cove/Book Nook~ As Adults we sometimes need to calm down, gather our thoughts or just be still in a quiet place on our own, unwind. It is healthy to learn how to go off and find peace again when over-stimulated or stressed. These little corners are a gentle way to encourage self-soothing or 'centering' so to speak. Highly recommend this as an alternative to the shaming 'naughty corner' or 'time-out' chair. It can also be used as a reading nook.
