Explore The Ribbon, The Flowers and more!

This is actually not one of my favorite cards; but I liked the ribbon and the flower, and they're "pretty in pink"...

This is probably the best card I've made all year - Yes, I saw it in a magazine, but it still is entirely mine. I changed the wording slightly, used my own ladybug sticker(s), and I drew in all the dotted lines! (I have mentioned I am not an artist many times in the past). Part of me can't wait to send it to my granddaughter, Part of me wants to keep it forever. I suspect granddaughter will win...

I think I put another of these in before, but this is the first one I made. Not having the stamp for the sentiment with the butterflies I had to work out the placement of the words on the computer, but once I did it fit together nicely, I had several butterfly stamps to use, and I framed it with the polka dot ribbon - it's a great sentiment, isn't it?...

This is the first of three cards; I was given these flowers by my 4 year old granddaughter, who managed to talk her mother into buying them because " They are beautiful, and I like beautiful things and so does grandma; so we should get them for her". My job was to find the just right background paper and ribbon - and (to quote my granddaughter) "I did it!"...

Used a blue-gray card for this one; found some background paper that sort of matched. Added 3 strips of another color in the background and a square of music backed with the card color. The bird was stamped in black on brown paper and cut out. Added the "sing" with my mini alphabet stamps...

This is simply stamped and colored (I borrowed the stamp from a friend); but I love P. Morgan's art work and I did this same pattern as a cross-stitch picture which I gave to my next-door neighbor when we moved away - we were neighbors for almost 40 years, and still keep in touch...

Quick and easy - my motto. Pick your card color, add 2 co-ordinating strips. Use a border punch (or fancy scissors) on the bottom edge of the larger piece. Cut 3 small boxes and stamp with very simple flower (outline flower is best). Use ink about the same color as the card, then small paper flowers for the centers - that's it...
