Think before you speak; sticks, stones, and words can hurt; do your words improve the silence?

Rarely is it just a little truth. Too often the words mean "You hurt always make me feel this way"..."I do know but either I'll hurt you or you'll hurt me"... "Yes, I care a lot but I hurt too badly to say"..."Owww, this really hurts... I wish you could help me but I don't want to ask"...sometimes these words mean what they say. But most often they don't. speak only if you can improve the silence. #silence #speak

Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body. Ephesians 4:25

Think of how many discussions, fights, and hurt feelings could be spared if we just took the time to think about the way we say things.
