Persian Tofu-chickpea Frittata (V, GF): Has an egg texture that personally isn't my favourite (but pleased my guests) and also a funky aftertaste that takes getting used to. Easily seasonable, though! Great with cashew cheeze!
sesame noodles with edamame and kale-AMAZING! very easy. i used baby kale and sauteed it in garlic and a drop of oil and then added water to steam it so that my toddlers would eat it. i used 3 bundles of buckwheat noodles and i only used 1/2 the cup of reserved noodle water. the sauce is awesome.
“Kung Pao Cauliflower”, an exquisite dish from the Chinese cuisine featuring my favorite cauliflower. Cauliflower sauteed in a sweet, tangy, spicy sauce and served over a bed of noodles. Very easy to make and bowl licking good.
