I learned some hard facts about "Old Mississippi" from this movie and felt horrified by what the African-American people were forced to endure. Because of tradition they were not even treated as well as the family pet. But, NOT ALL WHITES felt this way or this book & movies would have not been published and produced.

You is Kind, You is Smart, You is Important. A movie worth seeing.

Lovely Bones-Alice Sebold One of my favorite books of all times.

1.This is the brave new word. It was a time peirod in the future where everything is perfect. It is where everyone is happy, young and works only seven hour shifts everyday. The twist in the book is when Bernard brings home a savage form his trip with Lenina from mexico.

Author Truman Capote leads us in without judgment, and in doing so lets us come up with our own conclusions about the penal system, justice, and the nature of violent crimes.
