By enlarging and laminating this template your students can determine the letters, sounds, and syllables in new words you are working on in the classroom. (Kinkos is a great place to have documents enlarged). This helps children visualize that some words might have a lot of letters, but not a lot of sounds and vice versa.
Molly is a shape/letter/number/word, etc. monster who is ALWAYS hungry! Her mouth is a huge "pocket" that is attached with Velcro for easy emptying. The words "letter"are interchangeable. She's made from poster board and construction paper, and laminated for durability because she's so loved by the children! She makes a great whole group, small group, or center activity to reinforce skills.
A wonderful game that can be edited to your liking. Choose letters, sight words, number words, addition sentences or anything else you may like to add to each spot in the parking lot. Call out a word, letter, sound, or number and have the student move a toy car to that parking spot.
