Here's how to make an I-Spy version of the Disappearing Nine-Patch. It's SO EASY, but it looks like you spent FOREVER on it! I am assuming throughout this tutorial that you are familiar with the Disappearing Nine-Patch pattern -- I have previously posted specific step-by-step instructions on that quilt pattern, which you can find here.
Fun, easy cute baby quilt. Just picture. no tutorial..... It looks like 7"squares six across then 4" strip then a 7" strip then a 4" strip... Then alternate a rows of 7" squares then 4" strips. Appliqued name
easy lap quilt by tcockburn2002, via Flickr I cut 10 x 5 rectangles from various red fabrics, created blocks using two different red panels, and then did a fence row-esque pattern, alternating vertical and horizontal placement. Simple straightline quilting and used strips of reds for my binding. Used a bedsheet for the backing in a nice grey.
