I mess up sometimes and eat gluten or spicy food or fattening foods and say this. This is how I "fall of the wagon". Not anymore. I'm staying strong. It's okay to mess up, but then you pick yourself back up, make a good decision and move on, healthily! ;) :)
And sugar overload too! It's sad, but this is 100% true, and for some of us, I guess as much as I hate it, Id rather have a weight problem than a cancer problem... a migrane problem... a severe requires-hospitalization allergic reaction problem... just saying.
