This makes me think of the 100 mile swim challenge I am in. 8 full laps (something I couldn't do 6 months ago) only equals 1/4 a mile. sigh. But like the above saying goes....

This is what I found out by running cross country with anxiety issues. It was a constant battle between my mind, body, and the environment..just like any other runner would say. But with the anxiety....completing those miles meant so much to me.
