Run now, there may be time days, weeks, months when you can't...

This is what I found out by running cross country with anxiety issues. It was a constant battle between my mind, body, and the environment..just like any other runner would say. But with the anxiety....completing those miles meant so much to me.

I totally did this today while driving to the fair. The exit said "3.5 miles away" and my first thought was, hey, I can run that far. Lol.
