This "gnocchi" sounds INCREDIBLE.  The video is wonderful-- 3 pounds of potatoes- baked, then scooped from peels, then refrigerated, 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of parmesan.  Add salt & pepper to taste.  Then mix, mix, mix... keep mixing until it all gets acquainted.  Then roll out, cut into 1-in cubes.  Sautee butter, garlic head chopped, and red peppers.  Boil gnocci a little bit like pasta, and then plop in with the butter & garlic.  Oh my goodness, this looks incredible. Coat in parmesan…
