Super easy to make... Just steam some zucchini and soak a cup of cashews in water for an hour. Then blend together in a high speed blender, add some seasoning of choice and it's ready to eat! The side was a roasted root medley (roots roasted were sweet potatoes, onions, carrots and beets). .
