Better-Than-Takeout Fried Rice

3 cups cooked white rice (day old or leftover rice works best!) 3 tbs sesame oil 1 cup frozen peas and carrots (thawed) 1 small onion, chopped 2 tsp minced garlic 2 eggs, slightly beaten cup soy sauce. Probably can add chicken to it too, maybe even beef.

Creamy Pea Salad - This salad is a nice change from the typical potato or pasta salads. It requires very little cooking and a little bit of chopping - it could easily be a no cook recipe if you buy precooked bacon! It doesn't get much easier than that!

Hands down best recipe for pea salad ever.  Perfect for picnics (make it with frozen baby peas to keep things cold).  I look forward to summer just so I can eat this salad again!
