Interesting/thought provoking. If we assume both clothing choices are just that, choices.... (if either woman is actually forced into wearing the outfit, it completely changes it). I see the cartoonist's point- in some ways, both "outfits" are what is expected of the woman, and though they may be choices both could potentially be because of a male-dominated culture (though obviously in fairly different ways). thoughts, anyone?
