Step Afrika! | Ottawa International Childrens Festival  For nearly two decades, Step Afrika! has been dedicated to elevating stepping, a casual form of tap dancing that has long been popular at historically black colleges, from a campus contest to performance art, which combines Zulu dance, African gumboot, and modern fraternity style stepping in a fast paced and high-energy performance.
